Rother Fishery Association
The waters are varied from small stream fishing in natural surrounding at the upper reaches of the Rother, to wide, fen like water with pronounced near and far side ledges at Blackwall Bridge, near Wittersham, Kent.
Over time, we hope you will find all you need to know about the RFA and what we offer. Please feel free to browse this site.
Welcome to the Rother Fishery Association
The Rother Fishery Association was founded in 1872, and is a group of over twenty local Angling Clubs, which have joined together to provide cheap, but good and accessible local fishing in the Kent and East Sussex area.
We provide over twelve miles of the River Rother downstream from Robertsbridge, East Sussex, and three miles of double bank fishing on The Royal Military Canal from Iden Lock near Rye, to Appledore Dam.
